i cannot use the cheat. do i need to speak to 'observers'?

Hit f12, change to "Chat to observer" and type the cheatcode..

Like..i have question..
is there any way that this hacked maps can be not DL by others when you host this map?... like if i host..with this map... they DL it.. and say you changed something.. too susp.. -_-.. Please help.. ^^,

No, because even the slightest change to the map makes it a completely different file
So they need to download it...
