These files change the boomer run/walk, hunter alert/attack/idle, smoker idle, boomer idle sounds to different 20seconds long WAV files which in theory should let you hear enemy locations for a longer period of time.
The sounds don't last as long as I expected, at least in cs1.6 you could edit certain sounds to be as long as you like, revealing enemy positions.
If you want, edit the files or some of the files I did not edit to create a better effect, I'll update this post as I try out new things. This is more of a test then anything, any input or suggestions are welcome
