Opening Luna PAK BEFF and BIN files

As the title says, i'm interested in opening these files, not to actually hack anything just to find out what i can about the game, maybe theres mob info perhaps even drop rates stored in there etc, maybe there is info about enchant rates and so on.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
