Release Guild Trivia Game

Actually, I wrote this C++ bot for a programming challenge long time ago and I ended up adapting it to make it work on lunia too.
Nothing much in it, it is a simple trivia bot which loads a list of questions from a file and then when prompted it starts a trivia game in your guild chat.

It features also in game nick authentication, so only people allowed from you are able to command it.
Features:

• Trivia game (obviously)
• Bot join message
• Welcome message to just logged in guild members
• Congratulations message to just leveled up guild members
• Basic nickname authentication (normal, administrator, banned)
• Auto restart trivia game when last finished
• Supported commands: !say (quotes the provided message), !hi (replies with "Hello <nick>!"), !about (shows bot infos, including version, licensed owner and credits), !trivia_help (shows a list of available trivia commands), !trivia_score (shows the current score list), !trivia_history (shows previous winners), !trivia_load (load questions from file), !trivia_team (enable/disable team game), !trivia_join (join a team, when team game is enabled), !set_privilege (change someone's privilege temporarily), !setf (change bot settings), !shutdown (stops the bot)

Note: I can't assure that the bot name you requested is available, so ^B<one digit number> will be appended to the name you request.
Note 2: You need to host the bot, I don't have dedicated servers nor money to do it, actually you can host it and play lunia at the same time, but it's up to you if you want to keep it running 24/7
Note 3: It could be a long term project, as a lot of things can be added, like web statistics, bots linked together (making a wide network) that could communicate between theirselves (example: cross guild chat), guild bulletin, warning system etc, but depending on how it will be used, I might have interest to work more on it or not

The bot doesn't contain any malicious code and is 100% keylogger free, the only thing I added is just a simple version check in case for some reason I have to shutdown it.
