Well, i did a quest and got a free haircut. It then turned out to be random. I got the worst one, i hate it. Is there any other way i can get them?

You are going to have to buy NX if you want to change your hair again.

There's supposedly a glitch that if you say the hairstyle you want 4 seconds prior to getting it you'll get the hair. I did it twice.. It could just have been coincedence :P
