How to refine for example a Power Crystal Ore?

I need 2 refined Crystals of 4 kinds, and i have all the crystal ores for it, so i went to perion, and saw i couldn't refine them..

Someone has a any clue how to refine them, and where?

If you need help finding where items or NPC people are I suggest going to "w w w . h i d d e n - s t r e e t . n e t" Without the spaces and "" ofcourse.

I think you can do it at Elnath too. If you're refining Black ores, go to spiruna for cheaper refining.
