STAT Unrandomizer

well i c ppl with perfect stats 4/4 but they say they use some kinda stat unrandomizer and well i think i got it but i dont noe how to use it can some1 explain?

first of all without hacking, you can get a 4/4 stat. it just takes a good eye and 15 about 15 minets. second of all with that stat unrandomizer you can get 13 in all stats which is the highest one can get

I know how to use it but I am using Zeno's and for some reason it doesnt work with Zenos..
