from my resources ive found taht the following monsters drop them, but the drops for red enevlopes is said to be random, im not sure for. Confirmed droppers so far are:
Stirges
Red Snails
Wild Boars
Fire Sentinels
Horned Mushrooms
Undead Mushrooms
Jr Cellions
Tauromancis
Stump OR Dark Stump (unsure)
Axe Stump
Pigs (Regular or Ribbon? Not sure)
Hectors
Slimes
Wraiths
