How come other game have private server and maple dont ? Is it not possible to make maplestory private server?

Yeah why do you want a private server for a free game? A server is basicly a computer thats on 24/7 if the person with the computer will host it 24/7. So first of all your need to find someone that would be willing to host this private server. Also, the computer needs to be good or else the server will lag like crazy = ].
