Maplestory crashes

Well i open maplestory... Hacks on, or not. And patcher runs... authenticating, it works and maple runs, I dont even get to beginning screen and i get black screen for like 2 seconds then Maplestory crashes.

Can someone help me? I reinstalled DirectX 8.1 and thought that was the problem but it didnt work... Should i have downloaded another version of DirectX?

By the way its GMS if that helps.

Try un-installing MS, then re-installing it, and get the newest version of DirectX you can.

It's probably because of the patch that just started.

I have reinstalled it twice but i will again.
Could someone show me where to download the newest version of directX?
Just yesterday i started playing and it was .36, i wake up today and its .37 but it still wont work...

Edit: I reinstalled and the same thing happened again... Please help i wanna play MapleStory again.

Sorry for double posting but its been like a week and no one has made any posts. And i wanted to say i already tried the dHTTPd method and i still cant play.

Man, i hope i didnt get IP banned, is that what would happen?

I still dont have it working guys, just a black screen then back to my desktop without an error message... =[

Have you tried rebooting your computer? That same problem was happening to me but then i rebooted and it worked just fine...but now im scared to death and i dont hack anymore lol
