wtf ip ban?

hey how do i know if i have ip ban...

cuase i want to amke sure if i have it or not

when i open ms everything is okay but then

somthing pops out

error code: -??????? (uknown error ??????)

somthing like that

i tried reinstalling i tried deleteing everything and download and install iuno what to do anyone wanna help me out?

no when u get to the log in page it will look like the banned sign but instead it'll say uve been ip banned
