Ok,i dont know whats wrong,i had been able to play last time.But now,i downloaded the full current version of MapleSEA,and yet,when i double-clicked the Setup icon,it never seem to open.
Can anyone help me?Thanks.

BAh nonono. I restarted,redownloaded,did every crap you can imagine,and i still cant start the setup. I did installed maple last time on this laptop,i used a hack engine,and got banned. Somehow,after i uninstalled it,i cant even start the installation program again.

So basically you double click the exe but nothing runs..hmm.......
Delete the MSEA folder in the program file and any of the EXE for MS you download and then ReDL and reinstall.

YEs..Like i said,i did almost every possible imaginable thing. Uninstalled from add/remove programs from control panel,deleted MSEA folder,deleted WIZET folder..Almost everything ,you said it,i have already done it (well,99% of it). Dang i just dont get it why cant i just start the setup program.
