europe IP's are banned from making more accounts, poeple who alread have accounts for global can play, even if they are from europe.

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LOG IN. EUROPE IP'S ARE BLOCKED FROM PLAYING GLOBAL.

even if someone makes a new account and gives it to you, i don't think it will work.

It will not work as long as you have that Europe I.P. Address..
