Solution = Reward

Ok, I keep d/cing when my character is loaded. No given solution has worked long term. I've tried everything. These include:

1) Deleting host file
2) Reinstalling MS
3) Reformatting computer
4) Modifying host file
5) Using HOSTFix.bat to make a new host file
6) Redownloading MS
7) Host file info given by The3rdNipple

I did everything right as I was supposed to and nothing works. Anyone have an idea on how to fix this problem? Remember, a LONG-TERM solution (meaning what you give me works forever) means a great reward. Thanks to anyone for your ideas.

well u have done the stuffs that we can do. I dont think we can help u. Even reformatting? o.o

Only solution I have: buy a new pc

Uninstall Maple Story, delete all Nexon and/or Wizet registry files, reinstall Maple Story, and everything should be fine.

And if THAT doesn't work, do what I did. Reformatted. I had to do it anyway, but once I did Maplestory ran better than ever. If you really think Maplestory is worth it that is XD

I've tried those things by two of you already. (Sorry if I didn't list it and caused confusion, can't name 'em all.) And for a new PC, MS is so not worth that lol.

Buy more ram.. or just get a better ISP, maby yours is too sucky..

If it will connect, but kicks you out after. Then it must be something blocking it, this is not some RAM issue or something, (unless, which is most unlikely, that they kick you off for that.) This could be your firewall, your router's NAT settings, or just a non-constant connection ( which happens alot with wireless internet, that it keeps going off for a ms because it's sending packets back and forth.)

So check for anything blocking the connection or anything slowing it.
