alright, well, when ever i open maplestory and log in, right after i press my pin in, and i press enter, the screen turns black, all music turns off and nothing happens, PLEASE HELP ME!

Either your using the wrong pin or u dont have directX 9.0+
Try This:
1: Double Check the pin and see if its right or someone hasnt changed it on ya.
2: download directX 9.0!

try going to ur maplestory folder and double click setup

reformat completly backup files re dl maple get diretx 9.0 and tada UNLESS UR ON A MAC thEN UR SCREWED

if you get logged out after inputting your pin, then its wrong. period.

the only solution to this problem would be to request a pin reset (assuming you have absolutely no clue as to what your pin is)

do this by going to the maplestory website. send send an inquiry requesting to reset your pin. youre going to have to give the correct information such as birthdate, email, and answer to your security question.

this solution is a 100% guarentee.
