GMS Error Hz?

When i clicked play, the window appear, i heard the sound but the monitor had only the "Hz ?" box . How can i fix it? Plz help me

The only thing that comes to mind is the Hz speed on the monitor.

Go to your monitor settings, and look around for something that allows you to change the Hertz speed on your monitor.
