Can someone help me with error code 114?

Ohk so I came back playing Maplestory again....Then when the error code came up, after that I disable my firewall and anti virus. Nothing happen....pissed off I went into the folder and delete game guard to let it re-download again. Same problem...Uninstall then install again....Same problem..So yeah this is sorta off topic but does anyone know how to fix this problem??

P.S. I did scan my computer for viruses...and there were a lot...I took care of those but same problem....

I had this problem before, delete ms entirly and then redownload it, it works for me, I have it happen every month about, or....onm

error 114:
1.Temporarily disable your firewall software. More info for allowing GG on your firewall. (In Spoiler)
2. go to c:/windows/system32/drivers/etc directory and delete procguard and that's it. restart your computer if it doesn't work. (DO THIS LAST)

error (114) — Failed to initialize GameMon. Try rebooting or closing possible programs that can cause a collision.

1. Try rebooting.

2. Most of the issues that we have seen attributed to this error message have been due
to a firewall. If you are receiving this error message, we suggest trying the following steps.

First, try disabling any and all firewalls that you have running on your machine
to see if this alleviates the issue.

If it does not, you'll need to adjust your firewall exceptions to allow exceptions for these files:
Maplestrory.exe, Patcher.exe, GameGuard.Des and GameMon.Des.
Specific instructions for this can typically be found on the respective manufacturers' websites.
The process will vary by manufacturer. The default locations for each file are as follows:

"C:\Program Files\Wizet\Maplestory\Maplestory.exe"
"C:\Program Files\Wizet\Maplestory\Patcher.exe"
"C:\Program Files\Wizet\Maplestory\GameGuard.des"
"C:\Program Files\Wizet\Maplestory\GameGuard\GameMon.des"

3. If you are still receiving this error message after trying these steps,
you should make sure that you have no third party applications attached
to the Maplestory program. (Hacks for example)

4. There could be a program that might be taking up too much CPU resource,
Or, the video driver or sound driver might be out of date. Please scan for
any virus and spy-ware, and update all drivers to the most recent versions.

5. The user might be running an anti-virus software that is too heavy for the
particular system(Norton 2005, McAfee, VirusBuster, etc.) Please open the
settings of the application, and disable any unnecessary features like internet
monitoring, outlook monitoring, script monitoring. (Or right click disable your
antivirus alltogether to see if that temporarily fixes the issue thereby pinpointing
your problem)

umm i did what you said....then i went to the system thing...i dont see procguard i saw protocol though...

Nothing happen...Same problem...currently im scanning my computer with the another anti virus....So yeah if you got anything els please help.
