Help~ Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

The problem is that I tried to open an .exe, and it gave me an error code:

windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to acces the items

1 Why is that?
2 How do I solve this problems?
3 Where can I set it onto my computer?
4 Anyone fix it?

Your anti-virus blocked it. All you have to do is just set your anti-virus to allow that file. If not, you can always turn it off, but it's not recommended.

AVAST just updated new virus database which includes maplestory, their dumbasses >.<
