To make a private server you need to emulate all serverside things, and to hack the client to connect to the private server

People play maple story generally for the social interactions and the adventure, if you had all the power there would be no fun.

Nothing is impossible, but a MapleStory private server seriously makes MapleStory boring too. Fast EXP and mesos, once you reach 200 you have nothing to do.

If there was a private server for hackers, it would be pointless. The point of hacking and getting to high levels, is to show off to everyone else who puts their effort and endless hours at the moniter, when we can achieve this in a few weeks, without even needing to be by the computer ;).
