If you take a second to read nexon's TOS you would see something similar to this:
"User may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit, any of the content contained on Nexon (including, without limitation, content that the Website enables you to download) without the express written permission of the Nexon and the copyright owner."

Legit reason to be ban.
I think it would be more safe to buy it from a trade/black market then buying from sites(ban wise). There are many other possibilities that might get you ban due to the fact that you bought meso from a site.
I know I'm contradicting myself, but we all know there's a chance you could get banned. Of course, Nexon wont know this is going on. Do you have any idea how many transactions are done daily? Hundreds. Between each world, over 35b mesos are transferred every week. Crazy, no? Nexon cannot stop it -- and they have no idea when to. Nexon / GMs have no idea when you purchase these mesos, and they have no idea when you receive them. It's between the vendor and the buyer. Therefore, there is always a risk you're taking whenyou buy the mesos.
There are some sites that do it face to face. Which is riskier than just sending them thru the delivery system (AKA Duey.)
From my past experiences, Gamekoo, MMOValue and Ogpal are face to face. Of course I've done most of my buying from Gamekoo.
As on the other hand, GameCuu uses the delivery system to deliver them to you. Nexon has no idea this is happening and cannot stop it. They don't know (Nexon) that this said person who is sending you the money is part of a meso site. It can be just another player helping someone else out.
Nexon has it's rules, but they can't stop meso selling. Or else all those sites would of been shut down -- right?

Be legit. Don't hack. Don't cause trouble. Whupty Doo. I didn't need to read through 9 pages of terms to know that.
Besides, that ToS except for a page or two, doesn't matter to anyone that just wants to play (or hack.)

Ive bought about 2 bil worth of mesos and no perma ban... and that was on alevel 17... they dont check... ive bought from gamekoo power4game and swagvault
Also the only real game that gave me issues buying gold was guildwars i bought gold on wow and on a few other games... but guildwars they ban you withen 2-4 hours of recieving gold

Exactly. Nexon wouldn't be able to find out if you bought mesos or not. So that rule doesn't really matter.

BTW the best time to buy gold is now because ingame prices are low and gold prices are low happily since cygnus knights are older less people require lower level items and wgs for their alts
