Question How to I recruit the right people for my guild?

My IGN is s3rp3nt6666. A level 5O fighter in the Demethos server. My guild name is [S]ERPENT. My guild is maxed out with everything. Emblem, Alliance, and 100 member limit.

But as I logged on today, I come to find out that all my members were expelled. I had 99 members this morning. And now I have like 23. Which are all JRS. I don't know why someone would do this. So I demoted all the JRS for a little while because I don't know who it was. All the JRs I had were always active and never did anything wrong. Then I log on earlier today and am like "WHAT THE FCUK HAPPENED?!!?"

How do I recruit smart JRs? I have a few people I can fully trust not to do anything like this. I guess it's my fault for promoting random people?

Anyone want to join? No level limit. (Preferably level 35+)

wow... that must suck, I guess you really can't trust people these days.

I don't know much about guilds buuut; Isn't having 23 JR's for 100 member guild abit high? That's like 1/4 members are JR's.

Maybe you should limit to having less JR's. Or just make sure the people that are JR's are all trustworthy.

Just make about 2-5 people juniors, ONLY the people you trust..

Don't promote people to jr automatically unless you have known the person for quite a while.

Yeah you're right. Thanks guys. 4 or 5 JRs is plenty. I don't know why I assigned like 25 jrs. =\
