TMS | Having a problem in the middle of registeration

For those who don''t know, TMS - Taiwan Ms.
When I register to Taiwan / Hong Kong Ms, the registeration ask me a
"ID CARD WORDS", I have no clue what is it, can you tell me what is it? and how do I get it?

Its exactly as it implies. Basically it wants you to get ID. This ID is equivalent to a passport/kssn etc. We won't help you since its illegal.
