I am almost a priest(legit) and i am wondering how i must build my skill points.

Shining ray..Strong at max but we also have heal....
Element resistance...People say that if you have maxed it you can train at grim phanton..a guy lvl 81 trains there and get 23% an hour.
Holy symbol..Just good exp at easy monsters when in a party with someone especcialy(<<<<did i spelled that right??<<<) a hacker :).

Cant find any link for priest tutorials so can someone give me some tips or post a link here?

Shining ray and Elemental Resistance is a good build if your going for it first if you plan on being a solo priest, if you want to be a party priest go for Holy Symbol first then get a couple points in Elemental Resistance. That's what I would do I have no experience with Priest's but I do my Maple Story.
Also partying with a hacker and getting better experience than everyone else that trains legitly makes you just as guilty as the hacker.

Uhh get Holy Symbol maxed out, the higher your Holy Symbol, the more you would get in a party. Partying will make you level quicker. After maxing that, then you should go for Shining Ray. You dont really need to worry about soloing. Its easy to get a party when you're a priest.

Actually it depends whether you would like to MAX which first. But just as LiLKiDD had said, it is easy to get a party as a priest. So you might one to MAX your holy symbol first. Anyway, when you're level 70, even you add the Shining Ray, it won't be of much use, i may want to add 2 Holy symbol and 1 Shining Ray each level, haha!
