isn't it obvious? press the meso button in ur inventory then type in 10 then press Ok and repeat... or theres also the "Enter button"

All you do it, highlight the amount of meso you wanna drop "copy" click enter, click button, paste. Its really simple.

Also, you might have been seeing him using the pickpocket skill with his Savage Blow. Each hit that he makes with pickpocket on has a chance to drop mesos. He can then use those for explosion,
