I am new to maple story and I'm embarassed to ask all the hardcore lvl50+ people... but what's a guild? is there special guild quests? why would you join one and how do you make one?

A guild is like a crew, doesnt actually do anything good. Its just like a group of people and stuff. Some guild may have guild quest for only their guild members. If you want to make a guild, you have to have like 1.5-2M i dont remember, and go to orbis and go to the top left hand corner and talk to someone to make the guild and you have to have atleast 6 people with you to be able to do it. People mostly join a guild to have help when someone is ksing them, or to just make new friends.

You forgot a lot of things...

A guild is a Group/Community of people who gather around and do things... Why would you like to join a guild? Well... Theres actually no reason but i guess people just like to get some friends or someone they can have fun with.

You have to have 3 Million mesos or 2 Million at requires to be atleast lvl 30 and have a party of 6 people with lvl 30's or above.Having a guild as a guild master you can send out special bulletins, Ban people from your guild, and set up the ranks.

Member-N00BIE!!!

There are 1 Master 1 Jr. Master and 3 members. The master and Jr. Master can recruit other people. If you want to upgrade you guild you can get out 5 Million mesos and you can get a picture for your guild and get more slots to put people in for your guild.
