Essentially you need money, in some kind of electronic account (Either a checking/savings account online or having a credit/debit card). I wouldn't trust people selling NX cash for meso, thats just me.

yea you need to have money to charge nx. but if you do want to spend money you can buy visa gift cards from your local grocery store. and those will work until they run out of money

There is no way of getting free NX cash.. only easy ways to get money to BUY NX cash.. >_< sorry
