It makes sense for it to spawn 4 times a day, once every 6 hours. And that number comes to mind after playing beta when doing Balrog assaults..

its 5 hours, 5. it can waver by about 10 minutes.
I know a guy who waits for it down there and tells us when one spawns then we come kill it and pay him 100k for his efforts.

best way to fight jr rog is switching channel from 1-20, if itz not there do it again a few hrs later....there is no point of waiting and no1 ever waits!

It spawns as stated and goes to a random channel. Pretty hard to find.. I wouldn't bother unless you're hungry for scrolls. You need to go from the massive door, all the way back to find him if you change channel. (like a jump quest)
