Usually from 4-6 hours...

Once patch or server check starts, expect it to be there...
or at least for patches...

yea so i guess lik everyone says...4-6 hours, depending on which server u are in ther might already be spawn waiting ther. Try different channels, unfotunately u have to go through sanctuary all over again...
