i don't think you can but in my experience i don't think you can make it into a pet i went to the lady and she didn't give me anything

Its called water of life. Your pet which has run out of magic will turn into a doll. Buy the water of life from cash shop and proceed to mar the fairy in ellinia or wisp in ludi.
FOR ELLINIA ->
once u tok to mar , go to henesys pet park and talk to the intructor and return to mar.
FOR LUDI ->
once you tok to wisp , go to ludi pet park , and talk to the instructor and then return to wisp
