i need help with the v48 hack pack dhttpd!!!

I got the hack pack and downloaded it, but these are the instructions i was given:
Instructions:
Download the Hack Pack
Uncompress it.
Run the .reg file in Moonlight, then Run Moonlight engine
Open v48.CT, Open Dhttpd, Open Process Watcher
Run Maple
After GG Loads and Goes, Double Click on the MapleStory.exe process in the Processwatcher.
Login, and Start Hacking.

I couldnt find the .reg file, is it supposed to be in the moonlight engine? because he says to run moonlight afterwards. someeone please help me all you can!

You forgot to run the systemca11retriever.exe after you run .reg file. And, I thought moonlight auto injects.
