Xentare problem...help

i have all the needed software for xentare but when i click start ms the countdown begins and stops at 2 with an error message that says "unable to handle exception in your application". i cant start up MS. why doest his happen?

There could be two problems.
#1 - click on the down arrow in the top-right corner, then click on the blue mushroom. if you use DXWND type in C:\Nexon\MapleStory\MapleStory.exe
if you dont, type in MapleStory.exe press open then press start maple

#2- I forget, but i think start MS doesnt work, you have to use AUTO.
