Haii when im clicking on The Program [Xentare.exe] it says "Xentare - Program Error, 0xc0000135 Thx For All Help!

ok i alredy extracted it but when i clicked the follder and click on exentare it comes up a window says "Program Error" -the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)
