[Question+Help]WZ files!

I got the demswz.exe file right now and im trying to change the accurcy of the monsters. One post in the download section has a wz file that makes all monster have only 3% hit chance. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
i tried using it at STD's, but the missing percent is too high, its too obvious to see me hacking, so how or what do u type in the exe to find the accurcy of all monsters? ( like BODYATTACK, PADAMGE, FIRSTATTACK and stuff ).

Help would be appreciated!!

EDIT: well i found ACC, im guessing that is accurcy, so wat number do i put in it if i want it to be 50% miss? and do i untick everything else? @_@
