What the title says... cause i got ip banned for hacking and i wanna know how do you change your ip address... plz put ur answer in simple terms so i cant understand... im sorry if i dun speak computer >-<

i went to that site but i dont have "my network places" on my desktop,im in vista,is that a problem?
