| Registered User | Made own UCE, need some help~ Hey everyone =) I need just a tidbit of help with the UCE I'm making. A while ago, there was a tutorial on this site: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] (it's been removed now), but I had saved it so I've spent yesterday and today attempting to make one. While making the UCE, the only trouble I ran into was when checking the Cheat Engine GUI. In the tutorial, it said to (in the GUI) click on the drop down menu next to Scan Type and check if the name in Object Treeview and Inspector had been changed. For example: ScanType >> string59 However, for all of that section, all the original names were still in my GUI - Scantype, Next scan button, vartype, etc. (Note: that step was also to use Actual Search and Replace and replace those file names with stringxx, with 'include subfolders' unticked, thats what I did). (Also, the GUI I was viewing was the "MainForm" under cheatengine.rus. When I clicked on MainForm or MainUnit under cheatengine.exe it opened up the source, I don't know how to show the GUI with that.) I hope that made sense. Aside from that, I followed the rest of the tutorial as it is, and compiled and made the UCE. I went to check if it works, but no luck. I can attach it and open maplestory, but as soon as I log in my computer is restarted. I've also deleted my dbk32.dll and dbk32.sys files if that's any help. Um, what else. Oh, I noticed what was different about the UCE I made was that everything had it's original names, unlike other UCE's I've seen. What I mean is, on my UCE I can see "Address/Value", or "Frozen, Address, Type, Value" etc. On other UCE's I've seen, they have warped words like "Addqqq" "typy" "frzeon" etc. Could that possibly be why I'm also restarting? If anyone could give me any advice or help, it would be awesome. Thanks in advance =) Edit - Bump... anyone? Anyone at all? =p Last edited by jaycie; 09-10-2006 at 05:08 PM.. |
