Probably a solution from getting a ip ban?

This is what I do to change my IP.
(I think this only works for ADSL users)
1. Go to www(dot)whatismyip(dot)com (i cant post links) and check your IP.
2. Go to your modem (not router) and reset it, then turn it back on.
3. Go to www(dot)whatismyip(dot)com again. This time your IP should be changed. If not, then you did something wrong or you don't have ADSL.

If that doesn't work for you then just use a proxy like the other guy said, but the only problem with (most) proxys is that you will get REALLY bad lag.

i got adsl :)

EDIT: It worked....It completly changed from

210.xxx.xxx.xxx
to
59.xxx.xxx.xxx

though i doubt that this is proxy =/
