um no, the closest thing is a meso drop hack that lets you replace the amount that you want, but the thing is it comes out of you current meso count i believe, so basically useless

You can search for a hacker who not picks up his drops..
And them u can item vac there.. In orbis you could go to
the lucindas or lionars-thingy's.
(the lionar-things will give u about 6 mil in 5 or 8 hours(depens on how strong the hacker is))

Yea, just like Oakshire said. Go find a hacker that doesn't pick up his/her drops (warriors are usually good, but higher lvl dits, ice/lit mages etc are pretty fast at killing too) My friend got like 2-3mil from a DK in a couple of hours. :D
