Alright, you're probably gonna skip through these but give them a quick glance at least, it'll save you and your account someday.

Rules:
1. Do not make a thread without a download. There is a reason for the description "Maplestory downloads only." If you want to inquire on the hacks, please ask them in the respecting thread or if you want a discussion on it, do use the [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

2. Do not post malicious files. Do so and you'll find out what a permanent ban is. Due to the amount of file and the laziness of moderators, they can't possibly scan every file posted so if you want to use a hack, SCAN IT FIRST(see bottom).

3. Do not post duplicate threads. We got your first thread. it's just under "moderated" status. Once it is approved, you will see it. If it's denied, it is deleted. These "hidden" threads are reviewed at least once a day so if you didn't see your new thread, please wait a while for them to be approved. If you still don't see it after 2 days, you can probably assume it's a duplicate.

3.1. If you notice your thread closed, consider the options.

Outdated
Infringed rule(s)
Excessive flaming/spamming
Lack of Support (Least probable)

If you feel that your thread doesn't belong to either of these categories, don't hesitate to PM any of the Moderators, or hop on to our [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and notify us.

4. Please give credits when appropriate. This is rather important. We don't want people to start spamming "you leeched this from *". I'm sure neither of you posters would like the same to happen, so give the credits to the creator.

5. The same [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] that apply to the other sections also apply here.
(If you have been warned and feel that it isn't appropriate, please PM [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. <3)

Concerns:
If you're scared that a download has something bad(virus/keylogger/trojan/whatever) in it, use one of the following scanners:

WAIT! After you scanned them, please copy and paste the results and post them in the thread which you download the file from. It saves everyone time and you might even get some thanks!

I Agree too,

And i have something to add.
I always use virusscan.jotti.org for scanning downloaded files up to 15 MB.
On this site you can upload a file you downloaded (also .ZIP / .RAR files) and 17 virusscanners will scan the file. It is all very clear and easy to use.
