i dont get it with evry thing i download nothing ever opens it double click the icon it loads and then doesnt do anything someone please tell me how to fix that!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You could try virus or spyware scanning it.
Do a system defrag and run the disk clean up for where ever the most files are.

Restart after you have done all that.
DO NOT RESTART FOR DISK CLEAN UP UNTIL ALL THE PROCESSES HAS FINISHED.
