okay so when i go under the config thing it wont save... it says it make sure i have the right adress im saving to wtf do i do?

if u have vista u just type open start menu and go to start search type in "cmd" then enter

when i right click learn.py it doesnt have any option like he said... all it says is Open, properties, and delete
