An approach of nstepping on maplestory

To get to the point...

I was informed by a friend that the usual "NetSuspend" no longer works
for MapleStory, because GG detects it. He asked if I would make take
a crack at making one that works. Well, I did, and here is my version.

Please note that this is a very simple version, whipped up in very little
time, it has a very simple GUI, and a very simple hotkey.

The hotkey to start the suspension is: alt+n (regardless of caps or not)

You can also press the "suspend", and "resume" buttons on the Dlg itself.
For the hotkey, youi may have to press it once to set the bool var
to false first, then again to make it true so it stops the connection temporarily.

Also a note: This stops ALL incoming and outgoing traffic, this means
NOTHING is working when this is enabled. (that is, if this is going to work
for MS. Im pretty sure it will :) ) link below:

edit:

While I was waiting for this to get accepted, I realized that version I posted does not end the thread
correctly that checks for the hotkey, I can post a new link if anyone wants the one that closes the thread correctly.

also:

Please note if this WORKS for MS, I need to know, so I can add more MS support to it.
I don't play MS, so I CANNOT TEST THIS.

Thanks.

one last user friendly note:

This doesn't work on Vista :P (or longhorn -- if you so wish)
The reason is because the functions used are from a deprecated API , Vista uses WPF

edit:

added src files and a compiled version of the edited ver,
im just going to discontinue it's support <.<

Re: An approach of nstepping on maplestory

Yea, sorry about less detailed error messages.
I made another one that formats the messages
from GetLastError()

I was informed by the friend (with the diff version that I edited for him)
that it wasn't working.

I can U/L the diff version if anyone wants to still try it,
otherwise unless I get feedback from the friend.. im just
going to dump it in the trash can

edit:

FireChi what is your operating system, and specs etc?

dont get me wrong, i DO appreciate your effort in trying to make a new way to smuggle for people who cannot.(or watever u use it for)
just 1 thing, please test programs BEFORE you release them, as many people will btch about nothing when the spamfest could have been prevented. i acknowlegde your effort though.

Re: An approach of nstepping on maplestory

I did test it

Just not on MS, because I don't have MS installed.
I posted it here to see if anyone WOULD test it, to see if it worked

And spamfest? Don't you notice that most threads are a spamfest?
Not attemping to flame here, just stating my point that I posted
it here for MS players to test -.-
