[Release]Skill.wz with Final Attack for all Jobs

What is in this Skill.wz?

Fighters

- It has level 1-30 Sword Final Atk working at 99%
- It has level 1-30 Axe Final Atk working at 99%

Page

- It has level 1-30 Sword Final Atk working at 99%
- It has level 1-30 Blunt Weapon Final Atk working at 99%

Spearmen

- It has level 1-30 Spear Final Atk working at 99%
- It has level 1-30 Polearm Final Atk working at 99%

Assassins

- It has level 1-30 Critical Throw working at 99% (CS)

Bowman

- It has level 1-20 Critical Shot working at 99% (CS)

Hunter/CrossBowman

- Hunter has level 1-30 Final Atk for Bows working at 99%
- Crossbowman has level 1-30 Final Atk for xbow working at 99%

Mages

- Mages has level 1-20 mp eater working at 99%(Doesnt Have Effect)

Basically, what this all means is that you can have any level final atk whether it is level 1 or level 20. You will have Final Atk working 99% of the time.

Things that Don't Work:

i. Mp Eater doesn't have effect
ii. Editing Stun seems to have no effect at all.
iii. Mastery %
iv. Stance seems to not work
v. Dragon's roar requirements via hp usage
vi. damage % of skill
vii. alchemist to 2000%
viii. Prob of darkness via Panic

I first posted this in CEF on xtehlegendx and if You dont believe it is me go and pm and i will confirm that this is my work posted the day after Saludos released this concept.

Btw, is the assassin critical client sided ?
