hese are the instructions I took from the Download, For Scroll Emulater

all credits go to t3d

Instructions
-To start, select a weapon from the weapon list, the buttons will be enabled
-To scroll, simply press on different command buttons
-There are 10%, 60%, 70% and 30% scrolls, along with the garbege scrolling
-Garbege scrolling is which you scroll on other equips to increase the chance on next scrolling (Example: 2 60% junk scroll fails in a roll (If not, press reset to reset the chance) and the 3rd 60% one has a 95% of chance on succeding)
