I haven't downloaded yet but i am guessing that it is a MOB.WZ?
If so then replace your old MOB.WZ in your Maple Story folder.

I'd suggest that you all back up your old mob.wz.

you stick the file that you downloaded and extracted if its a .rar to your Maplestory folder, replace the old mob.wz
