I thought I'd add up to the massive shit, so here it goes.
Character (when you make your character) packets.

STR = 06 00
DEX = 04 00
INT = 07 00
LUK = 08 00

Gender = 01
Skincolor = 00
Face = 08 52 00 00
Hair and haircolor = 18 79 00 00
Top clothing = 6A E2 0F 00
Bottom clothing = 8A 30 10 00
Shoes = 81 5B 10 00
Weapon = F0 DD 13 00
