Got Scammed by I hack u I

Hello, I recently made a transaction with Mr. I hack u I, he was nice, me and him met on a this forum for account selling/trading, he added me on msn, we talked about his account that he sold me. The game was called "Runescape" it was a level 97. The deal was that i traded $20 paypal up front for his account and $20 later which equaled in value to $40.00 USD, cause i was recieving more money from a ebay sell. So its been about a week, i sent him the other $20.00 USD. The very next day, he recover's his account leaving me nothing, I emailed him...no answer... and it shows he blocked me on msn.

The conflict in this situation is:

He used me to make $40.00 USD

Got his "Runescape" Account back

Not talking to me

So im thinking he scammed me.

so yaaa... what a dick. excuse my language, but i could of seriously bought so many pizza rolls with that money... WHAT A JERK!'

I think you need proof otherwise they cant do anything..

well, he has nt logged in, in ages, when i get home i can show you the msn files.

he does nt respond to anything. and blocked me on msn.

and he nevers logs in and i sent like 80 emails.
NEVER RESPONDED

and he has nt logged into gmzplnt since that day...
