XBOX 360 Tips?

Hey GzP, I have already gone through four XBOX 360's and I'm fed up with Microsoft. I was wondering if anyone had any tips / hints they could share, ( even down to the nitty gritty things like which way to stand your XBOX ) to help me prevent having to send in a 5th.

Hello, i recently modded my 360 at Gmodz. It was a soft mod. I am just wondering how I copy or burn games? I rented a few games to try and copy them. I was also going to try and download some as well. What software should i use and what are the steps required to do it.

I already have a Dual Layer burner and i Know i need Verbatim DL DVDs.

Any help is appreciated
