any proven methods out there or is it all a load of bull?

i only know i way and it works 100% of the time but you wont do it for obvious reasons

step 1.play for 20 hours a day with no cooler
step 2.get the rrod
step 3.send your xbox for repairs
step 4.wait
step 5.when you get it back you will get 1 month free of live as an apology from microsoft

They banned so many users from XBOX live! That ought to suck for them.

Xbox life for FREE. He has to make money for himself too ya know so I highly doubt you will get anything free from him.
