Here is what you have to do:
1. Call up Microsoft 2. Tell them one of your DLC's are not working. Be prepared and have a DLC in mind that you have already purchased. (When i did this, i told them the mythic maps weren't working for Halo. NOTE: I previously payed and downloaded them. For those of you who don't know, a DLC is Down-loadable Content) 3. They will tell you to download it again. Don't do it, just pretend to. 4. Tell them that the DLC still isn't working. 5. They will probably tell to to check some things on your Xbox and possibly to download the DLC again. 6. Ask to speak to a supervisor. When talking to the supervisor, ask for a refund on your item. 7. The supervisor will then give you a certain amount of points on your account. They points will be enough to buy the DLC again. Since you already have the DLC purchased you will have the new amount of points on your account to spend on whatever you like.
NOTE: I have done this myself. This is not guaranteed to work 100% of the time but it should work at least 90% of the time. Good luck and have fun spending your new points.
Yeah they kept on telling me that, I also asked if they could compensate time or the DLC and they told me that "Be for you download this content, They wont give you a refund". Hopefully I wont have to spell it out, and you'll understand why. >.> Later.
