HELP INSTALLING "SQL Server 2000" and making another drive!!!

i'm pretty sure i downloaded the right one for SQL server 2000
but i cant install it
it always says this:
"A strong SA password is required for security reasons.
Please use SAPWD switch to supply the same. Refer to
readme for more details. Setup will now exit."
can anybody help me?
and also, i already have 2 drives that exists...
C: for general stuffs
and my D: is for the recovery stuffs
so basically i cant use that drive...
now i made another one...
but it's only got 8MB available
i dont have anymore disk space
please help me!!!
